Since 2007 the Doorpol accounting office in Rotterdam has served sole traders, partnerships, BVs and private individuals, with a strong focus on the Polish community and on Polish companies working in the Netherlands. The office is owned by Dorota Chrzanowska, a registered tax adviser and member of the Register Belastingadviseurs with more than 35 years of practice, and the firm holds a BECON number that lets it file returns on behalf of clients. Its website is written mainly in Polish, with additional German and English content for non-resident taxpayers. Services cover full bookkeeping, VAT returns, annual accounts, and corporate and income tax returns for up to five years back, plus representation before the tax office. Polish companies posting workers to the Netherlands can outsource Dutch payroll, payslips and A1 certificate handling, and foreign businesses can register for Dutch VAT through the office. A second branch operates in Waddinxveen, and package prices are published online.
