About Intax Tax Consultants

Intax Tax Consultants is a small Rotterdam tax practice whose stated specialism is international personal taxation. It works for people whose tax position crosses borders: residents who work in another country, people living abroad who still face Dutch tax, for example because they own property in the Netherlands, and those who come to the country to work for a limited period. The practice assesses which country may tax the income under international agreements, applies tax treaties to prevent double taxation, checks social security coverage under EU rules and bilateral conventions, and handles the consequences of a change in tax residence.
