Hungarian entrepreneurs and families living in the Netherlands are the core clients of this accounting office, which works from Rotterdam and Eindhoven and publishes its website in Hungarian, Dutch and English. The founder, a Hungarian-qualified accountant and tax adviser who has worked in Dutch accounting since 2004, leads a small team that serves clients in their native language, and one accountant is building a service line for Serbian- and Croatian-speaking clients. The office registers sole traders and partnerships with the Chamber of Commerce online, discusses BV incorporations and coordinates them with the notary, then keeps the books. It also represents foreign companies and seconded workers in the Netherlands, from tax and Chamber of Commerce registration to complete payroll. Individuals receive income tax returns, benefit and family allowance applications, and help closing their Dutch affairs when they return to Hungary. Services

Formation work covers online registration of ZZP sole traders and VOF partnerships with the Chamber of Commerce and coordination of BV incorporations with a notary. Ongoing services include bookkeeping, VAT and ICP returns, small-business VAT exemption applications, annual and interim accounts, invoicing and payroll. The office prepares personal and business income tax returns, represents clients before the tax authorities and handles allowances, A1 and Limosa forms and insurance arrangements.
