About OHP

Founded in 1994 by Willem Otterspeer and now led by three tax partners, OHP is an international tax boutique operating from the Westerkadehuis in Rotterdam. It advises multinational groups ranging from very large listed companies to scale-ups, as well as funds, financial institutions, government entities and private clients, on Dutch and international corporate tax and transfer pricing. The firm has a stated focus on US, German and Asia-Pacific businesses that are active in the Netherlands, with German- and Chinese-speaking team members and a China desk whose adviser connects Chinese clients with the Dutch business environment and supports their tax compliance. Other team members bring experience from New York, Tokyo, the shipping sector and the Japanese and wider APAC markets. Work covers cross-border corporate, investment, shipping and financing structures, transfer pricing documentation, tax audits and rulings, and the tax side of mergers and acquisitions. OHP is an active member of the International Fiscal Association.
