Founded in 1919, Van Noort Gassler & Co has grown from a single practice into a network of offices in Rotterdam, Heemstede, The Hague, Driebergen and Zaandam serving small and medium-sized businesses, liberal professions, non-profit organisations and private individuals. Its accountants, tax advisers and payroll professionals are members of the NBA, the Register Belastingadviseurs and NIRPA, and a separate JPA unit carries out statutory audits under Dutch GAAP and IFRS for larger companies. Beyond domestic compliance, the firm runs a dedicated expat tax service for expats, immigrants and emigrants, covering their Dutch tax and social security position, migration-year income tax returns and 30% ruling applications. Through its membership of JPA International, a worldwide association of independent accounting and tax firms, it also assists foreign clients with their obligations towards the Dutch tax authorities and their accounting duties in the Netherlands.
