Based in the Ursynów district of Warsaw, ACASTA is a licensed accounting office that is also a member of the national chamber of accounting offices. It concentrates on small and medium companies and sole traders and works remotely through a client panel, with every set of books checked by at least two people and broad professional liability insurance in place. Alongside commercial books for limited liability, joint-stock and partnership companies, it keeps simplified records, handles foundations and associations, payroll, tax returns, Estonian-model CIT and intra-EU and international transaction settlement. A dedicated company-registration service takes clients from the choice of legal form and tax regime through to drafting the partnership agreement, filing business-register, social insurance and tax applications, EU VAT registration and the application for a company bank account. The site is only in Polish, so foreign founders are not addressed. Registration is quoted individually.
