About CGO Finance

CGO Finance is the Warsaw accounting arm of a Polish group that reports operating in the country since 2010 and employing around forty in-house specialists across accounting, legal and payroll. The office concentrates on foreign-owned businesses: limited companies owned wholly by overseas shareholders, branches of foreign companies and other entities run from abroad. Each client is assigned a dedicated accountant who communicates in English, so that statutory bookkeeping, financial statements, payroll and tax filings can be followed without Polish. Incorporation is not carried out by this entity; a sister company in the group handles company registration and the accounting office takes over afterwards. The site includes guides on payroll, VAT registration, accounting standards and hiring foreign nationals, plus an online calculator that gives an indicative monthly price.

Services

Services comprise full bookkeeping and annual financial statements in XML format, tax advisory and filings, VAT registration and compliance including e-invoicing, and payroll with ZUS and PIT reporting, employment contracts and expat payroll. Clients receive proactive reminders on deadlines, support during labour inspectorate, social insurance or tax reviews, and fixed monthly fees agreed upfront. Company registration is routed to a separate legal sister firm in the same group rather than performed here.
