A declared specialism is foreign companies entering the Polish market, mainly from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, as well as Polish and international e-commerce sellers. Audit work includes statutory audits, due diligence and review of merger plans. Legal advisory covers commercial, labour and civil law and court proceedings. Cross-border work includes VAT refunds and recovery of withholding tax for foreign businesses.
