About Vattax

Vattax is an accounting and tax group with a team of around 120 people, serving Warsaw and the neighbouring town of Raszyn and clients across Poland. Its quality and information-security management systems are certified to international ISO standards. The group combines bookkeeping, payroll, employee capital plans, tax advisory by tax advisers and lawyers, data-protection consulting, legal services, IT outsourcing and enova365 implementation. A dedicated service line offers full or simplified bookkeeping in English and German for foreign-owned entities, including work on the client's own system such as SAP, and corporate clients can have a team assigned to SAP-based accounting or staff seconded to their offices. Legal support covers registering new entities or changing register data, drafting company documents such as partnership agreements and resolutions, and beneficial-ownership filings. Services

Full and simplified bookkeeping in Polish, English and German, VAT records and Intrastat returns, payroll and HR administration, employee capital plans, and tax advisory including representation before authorities. Legal services include company-register registrations and changes, corporate documents, contracts and filings with the beneficial-owner register. Accounting can run on the client's system, including SAP, and staff can be seconded to the client's office. Data-protection consulting, ISO consulting and enova365 implementation are provided as complementary services.
