Independent tax advisory boutique operating in Wroclaw under the Lighthouse Tax brand since 2017, founded by advisers who previously worked at Big Four firms. The partners and senior consultants speak English and German, and the client portfolio mixes Polish and international businesses. Dedicated sections serve Japanese and Korean investors, with services spanning corporate tax, withholding tax, transfer pricing, VAT, customs and personal income tax for expatriate executives; a German desk is also named. For clients abroad it prepares VAT, corporate and personal tax filings in Poland and acts as tax representative for non-EU taxpayers. A sister company, Lighthouse Accounting Poland, supplies bookkeeping and payroll for foreign-capital companies, branches and representative offices. The firm also provides tax strategy, individual interpretations, representation before authorities and courts, and training.
