Wroclaw accounting office that says it has been helping entrepreneurs register businesses since 2008 and that it has registered about 250 firms and now serves over 290 regular clients. Its staff mix assistants, accountants, tax advisers and cooperating lawyers, and clients can visit the Krzyki office or manage everything remotely. The offer starts with a registration service for new sole proprietorships and limited liability companies, including choosing the legal form, tax regime and activity codes, then filing with the business register or court register and notifying social insurance and VAT authorities; registration is waived when a continuing bookkeeping contract is signed. After start-up the office keeps full or simplified books, runs payroll through a dedicated specialist and files VAT returns, including EU listings. A virtual office with a prestigious Wroclaw address, mail handling and meeting rooms is also available. The website is Polish only and does not address foreign owners.

Services

Registration of sole proprietorships and Sp. z o.o. companies with advice on legal form, activity codes and taxation, VAT and VAT-EU registration, and social insurance notifications. Ongoing services include simplified and full bookkeeping, tax returns, payroll and personnel files, settlement of cross-border transactions and legal support through cooperating advocates and legal advisers. Virtual office packages provide a registered address, correspondence handling, conference rooms and meeting organisation. Registration is free of charge when the client signs a bookkeeping contract, apart from court fees.
