Wrocław advisory group organised into tax, legal, accounting, asset management, compliance and tax technology teams, with a boutique tax practice founded in 2016 and a legal practice formed in 2013. It serves mid-sized and large Polish companies as well as multinational groups and foreign entities active in Poland, and the website is available in English and Polish. A dedicated tax compliance offer addresses foreign companies, from VAT registration and recurring VAT, CIT and PIT filings to payroll, transfer pricing and reporting of cross-border arrangements. The lawyers state they can communicate in English, German and Italian, and a Chinese desk supports clients from China. The accounting team keeps books for development companies, IT businesses, start-ups, family foundations and Polish branches of overseas companies. Emphasis is placed on real estate, construction, energy, logistics and waste management.
