Christian Fors started this Gothenburg accounting practice in 1998 and still runs it, drawing on more than thirty years in accounting and tax law; the firm is a member of SRF, the Swedish association of accounting consultants, and its consultants are authorised. Most clients are small limited companies, sole traders and businesses with a handful of staff in fields such as consulting, restaurants, construction trades, retail and contracting, though the firm also takes on special assignments for larger companies. Every engagement is handled by two consultants so that clients always reach someone familiar with their files. Work centres on year-end closing and tax returns, alongside ongoing digital bookkeeping, reconciliations, interim and annual accounts and payroll. For people planning to form a company, the practice prepares all the formation documents and explains the practical differences between the legal forms.
