About Techonomic

Founded by two friends who share an interest in finance and technology, Techonomic is a small, fully digital accounting firm in central Gothenburg that works with business owners across Sweden. Company start-up is a dedicated service line: the team guides founders through the choice of legal form, the company name and the required authority contacts, and then files the registration itself through the government business portal. Registration is offered without charge to clients who sign a twelve-month accounting agreement, and help with the F-tax and VAT registrations is part of the process. After start-up, each client gets a personal consultant and works through Fortnox for real-time insight into the books. The firm focuses on limited companies and small owner-managed businesses, prefers fixed prices over hourly billing and does not tie ordinary accounting clients to long notice periods. The three-person team is led by co-founders Jonatan Brekke and Thobias Granström.

Services

Formation work covers choosing the company form and name, registering the company and applying for F-tax and VAT registration. Ongoing bookkeeping includes daily transactions, VAT returns, reconciliations and reports, delivered digitally through Fortnox. Year-end services cover financial statements, annual reports filed with the Companies Registration Office and tax returns. Payroll covers salary slips, tax deductions, employer contributions, holiday pay and benefits. Personal advisory support from a dedicated consultant is included with the accounting services.
