Owner-managed businesses and the Swedish arms of international groups make up the client base of Revideco, an audit, accounting and payroll firm started in 1994 with offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Skellefteå, Sundsvall and Jönköping. The firm runs a dedicated English-language service for foreign-owned companies and multinational groups, acting as their local finance partner towards Skatteverket and Bolagsverket and covering bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, corporate tax and statutory reporting under Swedish GAAP. It also acts as VAT representative for companies with operations in Sweden, provides company secretarial services, business addresses and virtual office services, and publishes a guide for setting up a business in Sweden. Advice on group structures, transfer pricing documentation and Swedish subsidiaries is offered alongside statutory audit by authorised auditors. Revideco is an independent member of the MGI Worldwide network of accounting firms and reports roughly 1,000 clients.

Services

Accounting work covers bookkeeping, month-end and annual accounts, annual corporate tax returns and controller services. Tax and VAT services include VAT representation, VAT and employer contribution filings and advice on group structures and transfer pricing documentation. Payroll covers full outsourced administration. Corporate services include company secretarial support, registered business address and virtual office. Statutory audit and due diligence are carried out by authorised auditors, and advice on establishing a Swedish subsidiary is part of the consulting offer.
