Since September 2010 this Ankara accounting, audit and tax practice has specialised in foreign companies, many of which must report to head offices under group or Big Four standards. Its two founding partners trained at Ernst & Young and Nexia offices in Ankara before setting up the firm, and the English-language site includes an invest-in-Turkey section on company types, branches, liaison offices, payroll rules and treaty rates. Services start with company establishment: advice on the entity type, capital and shareholder structure, preparation of documents and articles, registration of the company and provision of a legal address. The firm then keeps the books, prepares statutory and IFRS reporting, handles VAT and corporate tax filings, transfer pricing and tax planning, runs payroll under Turkish tax, labour and social security rules and often acts as the full outsourced finance function. Expatriates are assisted with work and residence permits, employment advice and personal tax, and liquidation is handled through to registry deregistration.
