Founded in 1981 by Veli Özçelik after a career in the tax offices of the Ministry of Finance, Mizan Müşavirlik is a family-run accountancy and audit practice in Çankaya, Ankara, where partner Yeşim Özçelik, an independent auditor and certified public accountant, works alongside him.
