Working from Batı Ataşehir in Istanbul, OZM Consultancy combines a long-established Turkish accounting practice with an international private-client and business desk. Its seventeen-person team of accountants, tax advisers and lawyers is organised into practice areas for cooperatives and housing estates, for people working remotely for foreign employers, and for companies with foreign capital. Much of the English content targets people moving to Turkey, especially from the UK and Europe, and covers tax residence, the 20-year foreign-income exemption under Article 20/D, foreign pensions and the treatment of foreign companies owned by new residents; a German-language section addresses emigrants from German-speaking countries. For businesses the firm handles company or branch formation, bookkeeping, payroll and ongoing filings, and it publishes guides on subsidiaries, branches and liaison offices for foreign companies and on incentives for foreign mobile app studios. The principals are certified public accountants registered with TÜRMOB.
