About Xolo

Founded in Estonia in 2015 and headquartered in Tartu, Xolo is a platform-based accounting and business-administration provider built around independent professionals who work across borders. Its core audience is Estonian e-Residents and other solo entrepreneurs who want to register and run a fully remote EU company, but it also serves freelancers who have no company at all through an invoicing product. The team of more than 130 people combines software with in-house accountants trained in Estonian rules, and the group has widened into localized offers for Spain, Italy and the Netherlands. Website versions are available in English, Spanish and Italian. Customers range from digital creators and software sellers to online retailers dealing with EU VAT schemes. Plans are published openly and scale from basic bookkeeping for new companies to more complex set-ups involving several shareholders, investments and e-commerce sales channels.

Services

Online company registration for Estonian OÜ entities, a legal address with mail forwarding, and guidance on the e-Residency application. Monthly bookkeeping under Estonian rules, VAT registration and returns including OSS and IOSS schemes, payroll tax reporting, annual report preparation and filing, and statistical reports required by law. Integrations with banks and payment providers such as LHV, Wise, Revolut, Stripe and PayPal, plus an invoicing portal and expense processing. Higher tiers add shareholders, investment activity support, an additional EU VAT number and senior accountant consultations. Company liquidation is also offered.
