Founded by Brian Jessup in 1977 and still family owned, Jessups has operated from Athol Street in Douglas since 2001. The business is organised around three lines: trust and corporate services, accounting and tax. Its fiduciary arm incorporates and administers companies, provides registered offices, secretarial support and directors, forms trusts and acts as trustee, including family office administration. The accounting team handles bookkeeping, management information, group and standalone financial statements, payroll, VAT and corporate tax compliance. The tax practice covers Isle of Man compliance and advisory work, planning around the end of the personal tax cap, and a service for individuals and businesses moving to the island, together with UK compliance, remittance basis and inheritance tax planning and dispute support on both sides. Leadership includes two directors with chartered accountancy and tax qualifications gained at major international firms. Fee transparency and long-term client relationships are stated values.

Company formation, registered office, company secretarial work and directorships sit alongside trust formation, trustee services and day-to-day company and trust administration. Accounting work covers bookkeeping, cash management, budgets and forecasts, management accounts, financial statements, complex accounting assistance, liaison with auditors, VAT, corporate tax and payroll. Tax services include Isle of Man and UK compliance, relocation planning, UK remittance basis and inheritance tax planning, and tax disputes and investigations in both jurisdictions.
