About Forward Group

Founded in 2007 by Alun Griffiths, this owner-managed Jersey fiduciary group operates from Beauport House in St Peter and is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission. It grew out of an accountancy background and has chartered accountants among its directors. Corporate, private client, family office and fund teams serve wealthy families and institutional clients whose affairs span several countries, and the site also addresses people considering a move to the island. Company incorporation is a priced, standalone service, offered alongside registered office, director and secretarial roles, financial accounting, tax return preparation and economic-substance support. Foundations, limited partnerships, special purpose vehicles and trusts are also established and administered, and the group recently gained approval to conduct funds business. Fees for formation, annual responsibility and compliance are published openly. Client communication is in English.
