Family-owned and independent, this Vilnius practice keeps the books for more than 200 companies across Lithuania and concentrates on new, small and medium-sized private limited companies (UAB) and small partnerships (MB). Each client is assigned a personal chief accountant, and the work is carried out remotely and paperless, with a cloud-based self-service portal where owners can issue invoices and follow profit, turnover and debts. The firm has particular experience in e-commerce accounting, with automated imports from online shops, marketplaces and payment institutions. Alongside bookkeeping it runs an in-house corporate law unit headed by a co-founder who is a corporate lawyer, which handles the incorporation of companies and later changes in the commercial register. The site and its services are presented in Lithuanian only and aimed at founders based in Lithuania; no service for foreign clients is described.
