Growing out of a Maltese legal practice begun in 2006 and formalised as a partnership in 2012, this multidisciplinary firm now counts over a hundred professionals working from Malta, Rome, Bucharest and Dubai, with desks serving Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Although rooted in law, it runs a separate corporate services and accounting arm that registers entities, supplies registered office addresses and company secretaries, administers foundations, acts as trustee or nominee shareholder in a regulated capacity, and handles accounting, payroll, VAT and tax compliance. The clientele is cross-border, with a strong emphasis on gaming, fintech, crypto, aviation, maritime and funds.
