About NCMB

Operating from an office in Ta' Xbiex, NCMB is the Maltese member firm of JPA International, a worldwide network of mid-sized independent practices. It combines audit and assurance, accounting and payroll support, tax, corporate services and advisory work, with the practice areas led by three partners, three directors and a layer of managers. A group company is authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority as a company service provider, so the firm can incorporate entities and then keep administering them rather than passing them to another provider. Its published material addresses taxpayers who live in Malta as well as those running a business from abroad, and expatriates considering a move to the island who want guidance on residence-based tax programmes and work permits. Corporate services include forming companies, partnerships, foundations and associations, a registered office with call and mail forwarding, and corporate secretary or director appointments. Accounting support spans bookkeeping, outsourced finance functions, payroll, forecasting and budgeting. Tax services cover VAT returns and health checks, income tax returns, personal tax, FATCA and CRS reporting, and structuring advice. Audit work includes statutory, gaming and agreed-upon procedures engagements. Advisory services cover mergers and acquisitions, liquidations, due diligence, project financing, EU grants and residence or work permits.
