From the World Trade Center in Rotterdam, DHK Tax & Legal advises on indirect taxes: VAT, real estate transfer tax, customs duties and excise. Its small team of senior consultants, each with more than twenty years of experience, serves Dutch clients such as housing associations, municipalities, hospitals and property developers, and also acts as a tax back office for accountancy firms, law firms and notaries. A dedicated international practice serves foreign companies from within and outside the EU that distribute goods through the Netherlands: the firm arranges Dutch VAT and EORI registrations, obtains customs permits such as the import VAT deferment licence, advises on invoicing, zero rating, reverse charge and bonded warehouses, and files VAT returns, EU sales listings and Intrastat declarations. Through its subsidiary VAT Fiscal Representatives Holland B.V. it can act as general tax representative, with clients based in the United States, Brazil, Romania, Finland and Germany. The firm also supports clients in tax audits, objections and court proceedings.

Services
