Started in The Hague in 2017 as a one-person practice, this accounting and tax office has grown to more than ten employees and rebranded as Azarova & Partners in 2022. Its stated mission is to help expats and Netherlands-based entrepreneurs manage their Dutch and European tax affairs while living and doing business internationally, and it works in English, Dutch and Russian. Individuals, many of them newcomers, can have all types of Dutch income tax returns prepared, including migration-year and non-resident forms, together with allowance applications and declarations of worldwide income. Sole traders and partnerships receive online bookkeeping packages with VAT and ICP reports, while BVs and NGOs can outsource accounting, annual accounts, corporate tax returns and payroll calculations. The firm also runs webinars on VAT and on becoming an entrepreneur in the Netherlands. Through partner lawyers, clients can obtain help with 30% ruling and visa applications and company registration.

Entrepreneurs can choose monthly online bookkeeping packages that include VAT and ICP reporting, tax forecasts and annual W-form returns. BVs and foundations can outsource accounting, annual accounts, corporate income tax returns and payroll. Training webinars cover VAT for freelancers and starting a business.
