About NKM Finance

Based in the World Trade Center in The Hague, NKM Finance is a digital bookkeeping practice that pairs accounting with company set-up, contract drafting and business development advice. It incorporates Dutch BVs and holding BVs at a fixed price: a structuring consultation, an online form, a notary appointment within three to five days and delivery of the deed, with an accountant involved before and after incorporation. This service is described on dedicated pages in English as well as in Dutch, and contracts are supplied in both languages. Once a company is running, the firm keeps the books in its own online platform, files VAT, income, payroll, corporate and dividend tax returns, prepares annual accounts and files them with the Chamber of Commerce, and deals with the tax authority on the client's behalf. Clients range from freelancers and creative businesses to international trading firms and brokers.
