About Max Profi Tax

Formerly trading as Helman's Administratie, Max Profi Tax is a small bookkeeping and tax office in The Hague that has served entrepreneurs in the Netherlands for about sixteen years. It is run by Renata Helman, a tax adviser with experience of Dutch, Belgian and Luxembourg tax law, together with Szymon Pepliński, and it presents itself as a link between clients and the Dutch Tax Administration and other authorities. The firm clearly addresses the Polish community: its services and price list are published in full in Polish as well as in Dutch and English, and client references come largely from Polish-run businesses such as construction companies. Work covers bookkeeping for sole traders, partnerships and private limited companies, VAT and income tax filings, payroll and employee contracts under collective agreements, and advice when a client's tax residence changes. A detailed price list is published online, while company incorporation itself is not offered as a service.

Services

Accounting covers bookkeeping for small and medium-sized businesses and BVs, annual balance sheets, invoicing on the client's behalf, overdue-invoice reminders and financial forecasts for banks or municipalities. Tax work includes income tax, VAT, payroll tax, corporate income tax and director-shareholder wage tax returns, filing extensions and payment arrangements. Payroll covers wage tax registration, payslips, pension enrolment and employment contracts. The firm also drafts partnership agreements, requests BSN numbers and advises on changes in tax residence.
