Wage tax and expatriate services are the specialism of Courdid, a compact tax advisory office at the World Trade Center in The Hague that is registered as a member office of the Dutch Order of Tax Advisers. Its clients are mainly employers of expats, including foreign companies that employ staff in the Netherlands, and the internationally mobile employees themselves. The firm arranges applications for the 30% ruling, prepares Dutch income tax returns for expatriates, handles expat payroll and offers an Employer of Record and payrolling service. On the immigration side it helps employers become recognised sponsors with the Dutch immigration service, applies for highly skilled migrant and work permits for staff and their families, and advises on intra-corporate transfers and on starting a business in the Netherlands. Courdid collaborates with Andersen Global in the Netherlands and participates in the Mobile Workforce Collaborative, which covers some 140 countries.

Services

Expatriate tax services cover 30% ruling applications, Dutch income tax returns for expats, tax equalisation and international social security questions. Payroll work includes expat payroll processing, Employer of Record and payrolling arrangements for foreign employers, and payroll tax advice on work-related cost schemes, severance and management participation plans. Immigration support covers recognised sponsor status, highly skilled migrant permits, work permits and family permits, intra-corporate transfer procedures and advice on free movement of services within the EU.
