About HLB Den Hartog

Serving businesses from offices in The Hague and Rotterdam, HLB Den Hartog is an accountancy and consultancy firm of more than 80 staff and an independent member of HLB Netherlands, part of HLB International. Since 1 May 2026 it has combined with Van Oers. Its work spans assurance, accounting and bookkeeping, tax, payroll, business advice and sustainability reporting, with each client assigned one fixed contact person backed by a team. For entrepreneurs from abroad, the firm keeps a dedicated English-language section on doing business in the Netherlands, offering the help of its team together with a practical guide on general conditions, subsidies and financing, personnel and Dutch tax legislation. A separate international service supports Dutch clients with operations abroad, drawing on the HLB network for local assistance while the Dutch office remains the main point of contact.
