About IZI CONSULT

IZI CONSULT is an accounting, tax and administrative office in The Hague created to make life and business easier for Bulgarians in the Netherlands, and its website is written entirely in Bulgarian. For newcomers it handles practical registrations, such as booking and completing the BSN citizen service number registration, and it obtains documents from Bulgaria. For people starting a business it advises on the legal form, prepares the registration data, books the Chamber of Commerce appointment and helps complete the forms for a self-employed (ZZP) sole proprietorship, so that clients receive their KvK and VAT numbers, and it also assists with setting up new companies and drafting their documents. Once trading, clients can choose fixed monthly accounting packages covering bookkeeping, invoicing, payment tracking and tax returns. Private clients who have worked in the Netherlands use the office to file Dutch income tax returns and reclaim overpaid tax. The office also offers administrative and HR support such as employment contracts.

Services

Registration services cover BSN registration, advice on legal form, preparation of company and ZZP sole proprietorship registrations, booking the Chamber of Commerce appointment and obtaining KvK and VAT numbers. Accounting is offered in basic, standard and professional monthly packages with bookkeeping, invoicing, payment monitoring and tax returns. Individual services include Dutch income tax returns and tax refunds for people who worked in the Netherlands. Administrative support includes document handling, HR records and employment contracts.
