About UHY Poland

Audit, accounting and tax group that began in 2006 with a six-person team and now reports more than 200 experts working across several Polish metropolitan areas, including Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, Kraków and Upper Silesia. It trades under the UHY name, as a member of the UHY International network, and publishes its site in Polish, English and German. Services include statutory audit, outsourced bookkeeping, payroll, tax reporting and advisory, transfer pricing, corporate and legal support, ESG assurance and KSeF e-invoicing implementation. A company set-up service has the team prepare the articles of association, file the registration with the National Court Register, arrange registration with social insurance and for VAT, and help with a registered address for clients who also use bookkeeping and payroll. The material is aimed at the domestic market; foreign-client content is limited to international tax law and global mobility advice, so no dedicated expatriate or foreign-investor section was found.
