With roots going back to 1974, when it was founded as Frejs Revisionsbyrå AB, Frejs Revisorer is an audit and advisory firm of about seventy people with offices in Gothenburg, Smålandsstenar and Värnamo. It specialises in owner-managed businesses but also works with listed companies, and it is part of Cedra, a Swedish audit and advisory group owned by its practitioners. Beyond statutory audit, the firm offers tax and company-law services that include company formations, restructurings, acquisitions and due diligence, share capital changes and other registration matters. Its tax team, which includes an authorised tax adviser, handles VAT, corporate, personal and international taxation, tax audits and disputes.
