Formerly known as MCI Redovisning, Reliwa AB is an authorised accounting firm in central Gothenburg that grew over about ten years from a home office into a team of eleven people serving clients across Sweden. It is affiliated with FAR, the Swedish professional body for accountants and auditors, and works with digital bookkeeping systems, digital invoice and receipt handling and payment processing. New founders can have the firm set up their company as a dedicated service: Reliwa helps choose the legal form, prepares the documents, registers limited companies, trading partnerships and sole proprietorships with the Companies Registration Office, arranges the bank certificate for share capital and applies for F-tax, VAT and employer registration, then starts the bookkeeping. Ongoing services include day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll administration, VAT reporting, year-end accounts and annual reports, financial reporting, income tax returns including private returns with K10 forms, and business advice. The firm also handles clients with both Swedish and foreign sales.
