Set up in January 2014 in Kadıköy, Istanbul, this boutique English-speaking accounting firm works mainly for multinationals and foreign investors with operations in Turkey. Its founder trained as an external auditor at a Big Four firm and later worked in the finance department of an investment bank, and the firm is licensed under the Turkish CPA law. For new investors it runs the incorporation of joint stock companies, limited liability companies, branches and representative offices: it explains which documents need apostille and notarisation, translates them and submits the applications on the client's behalf. Ongoing work includes bookkeeping on cloud-based software, monthly, quarterly and annual tax declarations, payroll with social security and withholding filings, and transfer pricing reports and support during tax audits. For headquarters it produces management reports in the preferred language and converts Turkish GAAP figures to IFRS or US GAAP, working with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, and it also acts as an outsourced CFO.
