Green Light Sofia

About Green Light Sofia

Green Light Sofia is an accounting house run from the Mladost district of the Bulgarian capital. It offers subscription bookkeeping to micro, small, mid-sized and large enterprises, with a digital, paperless workflow that lets clients send documents online from anywhere and work with a named personal accountant. Sectors it mentions include IT, e-commerce, services and manufacturing. Besides monthly VAT bookkeeping and year-end closing, the team prepares filings for the revenue, statistics and central-bank authorities, runs payroll, and gives tax advice, including on international transactions. It also registers EOOD and OOD companies at the commercial register, and says registration is often discounted or free when a bookkeeping contract follows. Fees are agreed individually according to VAT status, document volume and headcount. The site is in Bulgarian only and no founding date or team size is given.

Services
