About Deneo Partners

Founded in 2017 and led by a chartered accountant with a background in audit and investment banking, this advisory practice works mainly with regulated financial businesses that operate across borders. Its core activity is obtaining and maintaining licences for investment firms, including foreign exchange and CFD brokers, in jurisdictions such as Cyprus, the UK, Seychelles, Mauritius and the UAE, backed by offices in Limassol, Mahé, Ebene and Dubai. Around that licensing work it supplies outsourced compliance and AML officers, capital adequacy reporting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax returns, internal and external audit support, incorporation of corporate vehicles, corporate finance advice and introductions to banks, e-money institutions and payment providers. Clients are mostly investment firms and fintech groups rather than small local businesses.
