About LSTS

Established in Limassol in 2010 by three partners who previously worked at Big Four firms, this boutique practice has grown to roughly thirty professionals. It brings corporate administration, tax, accounting, audit, legal, valuation and immigration work under one roof. Clients range from small private businesses to large corporates in finance, IT, retail, manufacturing, shipping, hospitality and energy. For overseas companies it acts as a single point of contact for setting up a Cyprus entity, opening bank accounts, registering as a foreign-interest company and arranging employment and residence permits for non-EU staff. Specialist lines include trusts, alternative investment fund administration, liquidations under an insolvency licence, transfer pricing, and FATCA, CRS and DAC6 reporting. Partners hold ICAEW and ICPAC memberships, and the audit arm is registered with the Cyprus institute. The site does not list working languages or prices.

Services

Corporate work includes incorporating Cyprus companies, forming international and local trusts, professional director and trustee provision, secretarial services, tax and VAT registrations and bank account support. Tax services span direct tax, VAT returns, residency and non-domicile certificates and transfer pricing reports.
