Operating since 2017 from Tallinn, this online-only service lets people anywhere in the world register and run an Estonian private limited company without travelling. It is built around holders of the Estonian digital identity, especially e-residents, and reports more than 1,300 companies registered for founders from 76 countries. Formation is handled through a web application linked to the Business Register, normally completed within a working day, and clients then manage mail, notices and invoices from a client dashboard. The firm bundles incorporation with a registered address and contact person, and adds monthly accounting for companies that are VAT-registered or employ staff. Support and platform content are offered in seven languages, and it publishes country-specific guides for founders in Germany, France, Spain, Turkey and Italy. Only single-founder companies can be created through the automated route; other cases are directed to alternative procedures.
