An independent, director-owned trust and corporate services company on the Esplanade in St Helier, supervised by the Jersey Financial Services Commission and unaffiliated with any bank, law firm, tax adviser or investment manager. It works for private clients, real estate owners, family offices, philanthropic structures and corporate clients, and also serves intermediaries elsewhere. The company establishes and administers Jersey trusts, foundations, private trust companies, property unit trusts, limited partnerships and ordinary companies. On the corporate side it handles incorporation, officers, company secretarial work and registered offices, alongside financial statements, management accounts and VAT and corporate tax registration and filings. The site has a service line for internationally mobile families, framed around governance and reporting, but no section for non-residents setting up in Jersey. Prices are not shown.
