Formerly trading as Buhalteria.lt, BAULERA has spent more than a decade providing accounting, financial management, internal audit and legal services to young companies from its office on Konstitucijos avenue in Vilnius. It now serves over 300 companies, with particular depth in the automotive trade, wholesale and retail, crypto businesses, IT services, transport and e-commerce. An English section addresses foreign entrepreneurs directly, covering the choice between a UAB, a branch or a representative office, the documents a foreign founder must translate and legalise, and incorporation through a notarised power of attorney. In-house lawyers prepare founding documents, register companies, sell ready-made ones and look after later changes, while the accounting teams handle monthly bookkeeping, payroll, VAT and annual statements. The firm also helps clients work in other markets, communicating in English, Polish and Russian, and assists with bank accounts in Lithuania and Poland.

Services

Company services cover name checks, founding documents, share-capital formation and registration with the Centre of Registers, sale of ready-made companies, registered address, amendments to articles, capital increases, liquidation, transport licences and recruitment of third-country workers. Accounting plans include income tax and Sodra returns, i.SAF and VAT returns, year-end closing and financial statements, payroll, fuel write-offs and business-trip accounting. Further services are VAT and EORI registration, bank account opening in Lithuania and Poland, management reporting and internal audit.
