The model targets domestic founders and small companies: a registered address with mail handling and phone answering, followed by bookkeeping with a dedicated accountant and an online document platform. The legal arm registers new limited and partnership companies, prepares changes in the court register, handles liquidations and trademark filings, and sells ready-made limited companies with active VAT status. Accounting covers simplified and full books, flat-rate income tax, payroll and catching up overdue records, and the group says it has been doing this for over ten years. Services

Formation includes choosing the form, tailoring the articles, preparing documents and monitoring the court entry, by S24 or notary, and ready-made companies come with court number, tax numbers and active VAT. Accounting provides simplified books, flat-rate records, full commercial books, VAT, CIT and PIT filings, payroll, e-invoicing integration and backlog clean-up, supported by liability insurance. Legal support covers register changes, share sales, restructuring, debt collection and liquidation.
