Cross-border consultancy founded in 2003 by a German entrepreneur to help foreign companies enter and run operations in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Caucasus. The group reports more than 500 staff in about fifteen countries, including offices in Austria, Germany, Poland, Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia and the UAE. The Warsaw office opened in 2012 and advises international firms on business set-up and provides management reporting. Group services cover legal and tax advice, company registration, accounting outsourcing, payroll and employer-of-record arrangements, labour and migration law, internal control reviews, ERP and IT integration, interim general-director appointments, import support and meeting-room rental.
