About TaxToday

Set up in 2018 by two founders who met in a business incubator, TaxToday is a Warsaw accounting company aimed at startups and first-time entrepreneurs who need to understand how business works in Poland. It explains tax and accounting in plain terms and acts as a virtual finance department, with bookkeeping for sole proprietorships and commercial companies, payroll and HR, annual personal tax returns and settlement of income earned abroad. The firm helps register a sole proprietorship or a company and update register data, and has a separate line for employers of foreigners: verifying employees' right to work, obtaining work declarations and permits, and processing residence cards, all with published prices. It also brokers consumer and business loans. The website is in Polish only and does not address foreign founders directly.

Bookkeeping with ledgers, flat-rate records and commercial books, annual PIT returns, accounting audits, and settlement of foreign income. HR files and payroll from a per-employee fee. Registration of sole proprietorships and companies, plus later updates to company registers. Work-authorisation services for employers: monthly checks of employees' legal stay, candidate checks, work declarations, work permits and residence-card applications with fixed fees. Loan brokerage for individuals, businesses and farmers is offered separately.
