Accountants and corporate service providers in Antalya

Antalya, on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast, has 13 firms on Accountanty, and every one of them is a small practice. Twelve are accounting firms and one is a corporate service provider. Only three say foreign clients are a focus, yet the client groups the Antalya firms name include private foreigners as well as companies: property owners, retirees and people who have already moved to Turkey.

That makes Antalya a city for a particular kind of founder. If you live there, own property there or plan to run a modest business from the coast, a local practice that knows your situation can be easier to work with than a large office in another city. If you are setting up a subsidiary for a group with several entities, the Istanbul list is far longer.

Firms in Antalya

Who the Antalya firms work for

Four firms name domestic and foreign companies and three name foreign investors as clients. Two work with foreign property owners and two with entrepreneurs. Single firms name foreign founders, foreign founders and company partners, non-residents, retirees moving to Turkey, foreigners living in Turkey, foreign companies, local entrepreneurs and start-ups. Taken together, the list reads as one of individuals and owner-run companies rather than of corporate groups.

Few Antalya profiles name a sector. One firm each mentions real estate, short-term rentals, e-commerce and start-ups. If you plan to let out a flat or run an online shop, ask a firm whether it already keeps books for owners in the same position and what records it will need from you each month.

Structures and professional standing

The entity types are spread evenly. Eight firms handle the limited company (Ltd. Şti.), eight the joint stock company (A.Ş.) and eight branches. Seven handle sole proprietorships and seven liaison offices, six free zone companies and five ordinary partnerships, and one names the general partnership. The Turkey guide sets out how the forms differ; ask the firm to confirm in writing which one it proposes for you and why.

Three profiles mention membership of the Antalya chamber of accountants, and one describes itself as a YMM firm. None of the 13 gives a founding year. Ask how long the practice has operated, who holds the licence and who will be your contact when the main accountant is unavailable.

Services and languages

Company formation and tax compliance are offered by all 13 firms, and 12 keep accounts. Payroll is offered by 11, VAT by 10 and corporate secretarial work by nine. Audit and residence permit support are each covered by four firms, a virtual office by two and bank account assistance by one. If you need a residence permit and a company at the same time, check that the firm you choose offers both before you send documents.

Turkish and English are each listed by five Antalya firms, and German, Russian and Arabic by one each. Most profiles do not state their languages, so say in your request which language you need and ask for a short call before you engage anyone. One Antalya firm publishes its pricing; for the others, ask for a written fee that separates the monthly bookkeeping from the annual filings.
