Established in Nicosia in 1985, this chartered accountancy practice is led by a managing partner who trained in London and works from a privately owned building in the city centre. A team of about twenty, including several ICAEW members, serves both Cyprus-based and international clients. Much of its offer is aimed at foreigners investing in or relocating to Cyprus: companies of foreign interest that employ non-EU staff, economic substance for foreign-owned structures, redomiciliation, holding company and intellectual property tax questions, plus residence permit applications for EU citizens and permanent residency for non-EU investors.
